DINOSAR & COMUNIDAD: launch of the collaboration between Sister projects
One of the the impact strategy for DINOSAR is focusing on establishing fruitful collaborations and synergies through clustering with strategic networks at local, regional and international. A few weeks ago, DINOSAR and the COMUNIDAD project launched their collaboration as projects funded on the same call line.
The COMUNIDAD project aims to form a stakeholder community dedicated to leveraging Copernicus data. It focuses on the collaborative development of algorithms, services, and products tailored to local user needs, thereby enhancing the quality of Copernicus global products. The initiative will also explore the combined use of EGNSS (European Global Navigation Satellite Systems) and the Copernicus-related Platform in Chile and Colombia.
There are many possible forms of collaboration, given that the two projects are based on the use of Copernicus and a study area in Latin America (and more specifically in Colombia). Scientific, technical and promotional cooperation is planned over the coming months… Stay tuned for updates regarding this exciting collaboration!
